About Laura: Laura Lafayette is the Chief Executive Officer of the Richmond Association of REALTORS® and the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service—two organizations that serve the over 6,000 REALTORS® in Central Virginia.
Within the broader community, Laura serves as a gubernatorial appointee to the Virginia Housing Commission; is the Vice Chair of the statewide non-profit Housing Virginia; is the Chair of the Board of Homeward; is the founding Chair of the Board of the Maggie L. Walker Community Land Trust; and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of the Better Housing Coalition; and serves on the Board of the Partnership for Housing Affordability.
Laura received her BA in Religion from the College of William and Mary, and pursued post-graduate work at both Yale Divinity School and the University of Virginia.
