Cava Capital is one of the largest privately owned real estate investment companies in Virginia, specializing in repurposing distressed real estate. Cava Capital now holds more than 200 rental units and more than 90% of rentals are leased through methods that allow affordable housing for local residents. During his presentation, Frank will cover how to buy, fix, rent and eliminate headaches while increasing profit.
About Frank: Frank has been in real estate since he was 5 years old and has worked his way up from the bottom for one of the largest homebuilders for 12 years. He has built more than 2,000 houses, sold more than 2,500 houses, developed more than 3,000 lots, and managed teams of 70+ with annual sales of $75 million to $200 million. He started on his own in 2009…and has closed over $1 billion in real estate.
