Join RPOA on Wednesday, June 24th as we welcome attorney Elizabeth Godwin-Jones for "2020 Amendments to the VRTLA". During her presentation, Elizabeth will provide information about changes in the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, which will go into effect July 1st, including source of income. This will be a high-level legislative update covering evictions, HB 6 bill, compliance and more.

Elizabeth Godwin-Jones has been practicing law in the area of landlord-tenant issues for 30 years. She represents clients from drafting notices through issuing garnishments. She is a member of the Virginia Creditors Bar Association and the Virginia Apartment Management Association, where she is on the Legislative Committee. 

This will be a virtual meeting via Zoom.
