About our Speaker:
Nick Leverett is CoStar’s Director of Market Analytics. Nick analyzes commercial real estate data and trends to provide CoStar’s view of the market and outlook for the multi-family, office, industrial, and retail sectors in markets including Raleigh, Durham, and Richmond. Nick is a regular speaker at key industry events, and his research and analysis have been featured in numerous media outlets, including the Triangle Business Journal. Prior to joining CoStar, Nick led the market research team at the real estate investment firm Dilweg advising on company acquisitions and strategy. Nick’s research informed decisions on over $380 million dollars of commercial real estate acquisitions. Nick began his career as a practicing attorney.

The Jefferson Street Parking Deck is for permit holders (students and employees of VCU) only. Visitors are asked to park on side streets (ticketing/towing is done by the City of Richmond) or the JL Lot (ticketing/towing is done by VCU Parking).
