Dr. David Galpern is a seasoned property manager and the driving force behind Drask Realty, LLC. With a unique background that bridges professional disciplines, Dr. Galpern brings a strategic, hands-on approach to real estate investing. Over the years, he has successfully identified, acquired, and managed a diverse portfolio of properties—transforming underperforming assets into profitable ventures.
His journey into real estate began with a single investment and quickly evolved into a thriving business built on careful analysis, creative deal-making, and persistence. In his presentation “How I Made It,” Dr. Galpern shares the story behind his success—offering practical insights into finding deals, securing funding, and navigating the everyday realities of property management.

The Jefferson Street Parking Deck is for permit holders (students and employees of VCU) only. Visitors are asked to park on side streets (ticketing/towing is done by the City of Richmond) or the JL Lot (ticketing/towing is done by VCU Parking).
